Bocado
Bocado landed on Picton Main Street in August of 2021 and has wowed diners with their locally-inspired Spanish menu ever since. They’re open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner (think inventive tapas-style dishes and paella) and are now open for lunch on Saturday from 11:30am – 2:30 pm. Be sure to also check out their market & bottle shop for local and Spanish wines, vermouths, snacks, seasoning, spices, olive oil, vinaigrettes, and everything you need to get started with your own paella at home (including paella pans).

Open for dinner service Wednesday through Saturday, Hartleys Taven provides a taste of Prince Edward County’s terroir in an elegant and refined manner, and they proudly utilize what is found in the County, from produce and protein to wine and beer.

Mama Rosa’s rustic Italian home cooking can be found in The County at 7 Numbers on Picton Main Street. Make a reservation to dine in, or take advantage of one of their offers like their Three Course Prix-Fixe Lunch Menu, available 12-4PM, 5 days a week for just $25, or their Take-out and Delivery
“Dinner for 2,” which for $58 gets you Insalata Italiana, 2 mains (some mains have a small upcharge) and 2 desserts.

Stella’s Eatery
After three years on Picton Main Street, Stellaβs Eatery has moved to a new location in Waupoos, but they are bringing you the same seasonal food, natural wine and local beer and cider you’ve come to love, with the addition of Sunday brunch! Stella’s Eatery in Waupoos now takes limited reservations (call or email), but operates mostly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Stella’s is celebrating their three-year anniversary this November, so be sure to stay tuned to their Instagram for more details about how the night will unfold. Expect drag performances, music bingo and a charity fundraiser for an organization close to their hearts.

There’s so much to experience at The Waring House at this time of year. At The Barley Room Pub you can expect a refreshed menu and live music again on Wednesdays and Sundays. Amelia’s Garden is now open again after a long hiatus with a new menu from Chef Travis Mindle. The Waring House is proud to feature locally sourced offerings in all seasons andΒ fish and seafood of traceable origin.
In addition, their cookery school is starting up again soon, and you can book a traditional cream tea with 24 hours notice. Stay tuned to The Waring House on their website and social media to discover all they have to offer.
